About Our Founder :
​           Leo Lam

Leo is the son of immigrants who moved to the United States in the early 2000s. Born in Hong Kong and raised in Chicago, he grew up immersed in both Eastern and Western cultures. Watching his parents and older brother work tirelessly in pursuit of the American Dream, Leo developed a strong work ethic from a young age.

At just 19, Leo launched his first business—a point-of-sale (POS) system company. Despite competing in a market dominated by a major player, he generated over $2 million in sales within just six months. As the company grew, Leo expanded its offerings to include credit card processing and energy consulting. Along the way, he discovered that many hardworking business owners were being overcharged by service providers. Determined to make a difference, he helped his clients save millions over the years.To further support his customers, Leo introduced an industry-first service: offering free POS paper to enrolled clients—boosting loyalty and creating a win-win model that set his company apart. All the while, he was also managing three restaurants, balancing operational leadership with innovation.

In 2013, Leo sold his businesses and entered a new chapter—luxury vehicle exports. With China’s rising demand for premium cars, he scaled his new venture from $2 million to $24 million in just two years. Over the past 13 years, he has navigated the complexities of global trade, international regulations, and cross-border business strategy.

Throughout his journey, Leo has helped dozens of foreign entrepreneurs—particularly from China—establish and grow successful businesses in the U.S. He is more than just a translator. With deep business experience and a strong understanding of both Eastern and Western markets, Leo offers tailored consulting that bridges language, culture, and strategy.
